The subscription of WhatsApp Plus in India has been kept at Rs 79 per month, although new users are also being given a free trial of one month in the beginning. That means users can first try this service and then decide to continue the subscription. This plan is completely optional, those who do not want to take it, they can use all the basic features of WhatsApp for free like before.
What is WhatsApp Plus?
WhatsApp Plus can be called a kind of customization pack. This plan does not make any changes in the basic features of the app, but gives extra options to make WhatsApp more personal. In this, users get the facility to change the look of the app, use new icons, pin extra chats and use exclusive ringtone stickers.
You will get new color themes and app icons
Under WhatsApp Plus, 18 new color themes have been given to the users. These include many colors like vibrant blue, royal purple, forest green, fuchsia pink, deep navy, teal, burgundy and golden yellow. Apart from this, there will also be an option to change the default icon of WhatsApp. Users can choose the icon of their choice from 14 different designed app icons. Some of these designs are of minimalist style, while some are of more creative and artistic look.

Now you can pin up to 20 chats
A big feature of WhatsApp Plus is to increase the chat pinning limit. In normal WhatsApp, only a limited number of chats can be pinned to the top, but users taking Plus subscription can keep up to 20 important chats at the top of their chat list. This feature can be useful for those who always want to easily access many important chats due to work or personal reasons. Apart from this, subscribers also get 10 special ringtones. These include options like Flutter, Ripple, Meadow, Carnival, Tempo, Bubble and Quest. Apart from this, some premium sticker packs have also been provided, which will not be available to general users. Through these stickers, users can make their chatting experience more exciting.
