Before Microsoft, Mustafa Suleyman co-founded Inflection AI, where he created a unique AI chatbot named Pi. It was different from other AI tools like ChatGPT because it focused more on human interaction than technical answers. Pi had acquired millions of daily active users in a short time, although in 2024, a large part of its team joined Microsoft.
