TRAI MyCall
This app was launched in 2017. This app was launched to take direct feedback from users regarding call quality. In this app, pop-ups appear after every call, which ask users to give a rating of call quality from 1-5. This data can be seen on real-time basis in the map. With its help, users can find out what kind of call quality other users around them are getting.
TRAI APPS
The telecom regulator had launched TRAI Apps to bring all its platforms at one place. Apart from DND 3.0, MySpeed ​​and TRAI MyCall, it also gets access to Channel Selector app. With the help of this app, users can select which channel they want to watch on their cable or DTH. All cable networks can be accessed from this one app.
