The first and most important method is to remove unnecessary apps. Often many people download many useless apps on their phones, due to which the phone’s storage gets filled quickly and reduces the speed of the phone. In such a situation, go to your phone’s settings and see which apps you have not opened for months. Remove them immediately.

The second method is to clear the cache i.e. temporary files. Whenever we use any app or website, small files keep getting accumulated in the phone. These files are called cache files. Over time, these files occupy a lot of space and reduce the speed of the phone.

The third way is to always keep the phone updated. Many people think that if the phone is old then what will be the benefit of updating it. But this thinking is wrong. Companies keep the phone software better through updates, so it is important that you update it on time, otherwise the risk of your phone getting hacked increases. Apart from this, the phone’s battery also lasts better and its speed also increases.

The fourth and very effective method is to restart the phone occasionally and keep less widgets on the home screen. When we use the phone continuously for several days without switching it off, many processes keep running in the background. Due to this the RAM of the phone gets filled and the phone starts hanging.

Apart from these four methods, it is important to keep one more thing in mind. That is, never keep your phone’s storage completely full. Most experts believe that at least 10 to 15 percent of the total storage of the phone should always remain free. When the storage is completely filled, the system of the phone is not able to work properly and this is the biggest reason why the speed of the phone decreases. Therefore, keep removing unnecessary photos, videos and downloaded files from the phone from time to time by saving them on Google Drive or any other place.
